I had the fortune of attending a plein air event at the Big Hill Preserve this past year. When I tell you the views were spectacular, it was all I could do to try to capture the feeling of that rainy afternoon! We followed a meandering path down to Raccoon Creek and bestowed upon us was a serene still waterway, surrounded by the melody of the rustling of the trees. I can’t wait to make my way there again when the opportunity arises again!
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment is received. We ship all original and limited edition print artwork via insured carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping method is selected based on the item size, value, and destination to ensure safe delivery. Non-limited edition prints are sent via standard shipping options with tracking.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions. Some artwork may include flat-rate or free shipping promotions—these will be clearly noted on the product page.
Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Most orders are delivered within 3–10 business days after shipment, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please contact us directly if you are located outside the U.S. and interested in a piece.
Packaging: All original artwork is packaged with great care to ensure its protection during transit. Framed works and canvases are cushioned with bubble wrap and corner protectors and shipped in sturdy boxes.
Shipping Insurance: All original and limited edition artwork purchases include shipping insurance.
Tracking & Delivery: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs processing.
Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If your item arrives damaged: Must notify us within 3 business days of receipt. Provide photos of the damage and packaging. Retain all original packing materials.
